  • Wholesale accounts are available to verified retailers, shops, and galleries.

  • Minimum Order

  • Opening orders require a minimum of 6 pieces.
    Reorders require a minimum of 3 pieces per design.

  • Max per Design

  • 3 units

  • Max per Order

  • 24 canvases total

  • Payment Policy

  • First-time wholesale partners submit 100% payment upfront.
    Returning partners may pay 50% deposit with the balance due before shipment.

  • Lead Time

  • Typical turnaround is 3–4 weeks, depending on order volume and production schedule.
    Rush requests may be accommodated upon approval.

  • Order Type

  • All canvases are stitch-painted to order, unless noted as Ready to Ship.

  • Cancellations

  • Accepted within 3 business days of order confirmation.
    After this window, deposits become non-refundable.

  • Shipping

  • Orders ship from New York.
    Shipping costs are billed to the buyer; tracking details provided upon dispatch.

  • Variations

  • Each canvas is painted by hand — minor differences in brushwork and color are natural and part of the charm of original artwork.

  • Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final due to the handmade nature of each item.
    Any damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Ready-to-Ship & Seasonal Availability

From time to time, limited ready-to-ship canvases become available for wholesale purchase. These designs offer faster turnaround (5–7 business days). Quantities are small and change seasonally — please inquire for current stock.
