  • Wholesale accounts are available to verified retailers, shops, and galleries that value artisan craft.

  • Minimum Order

  • 4 pieces (any mix of SKUs)

    Average wholesale discount is ~35% off retail pricing.

  • Max per Design

  • 3 units

  • Max per Order

  • 15 pieces total

  • Payment Policy

  • First-time wholesale partners submit 100% payment upfront.
    Returning partners may pay 50% deposit with the balance due before shipment.

  • Lead Time

  • Made-to-order production requires 4–6 weeks, depending on order volume and current capacity.
    Ready-to-ship inventory (when available) ships within 3–5 business days.

  • Order Type

  • All crochet pieces are handmade in small batches. Availability may vary by season and design.

  • Cancellations

  • Accepted within 3 business days of order confirmation.
    After this window, deposits become non-refundable.

  • Shipping

  • Orders ship from New York.
    Shipping costs are billed to the buyer; tracking details provided upon dispatch.

  • Variations

  • Each piece is handmade — slight differences in size, tension, or color are part of its handmade nature and not considered defects.

  • Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final due to the handmade nature of each item.
    Any damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
